Federal and State labor laws require employers to inform employees of their rights by displaying up-to-date federal and state labor law compliance posters.

What’s the Process?

It couldn’t be easier!

Simply visit your member portal, and locate the posters section.

You can select from 3 options. State and Federal Labor Law posters, City and County Labor Law posters or you can obtain a State and Federal Labor Law Poster subscription for 1 to 3 years! This means your posters will be sent to you automatically when there are updates throughout the year, and if you select a multi-year plan, your new posters for the year will also be sent automatically.

How Long Does the Process Take?

Once your posters are ordered, it takes 10-14 business days for them to be delivered.

If you are ordering posters between January and March of the new year, please allow additional processing time. The posters are being appropriately updated as of January 1st, which may cause additional delivery delays.

How Much Does it Cost?

As a BizAssure member, your posters come at a discounted rate.

-City and County Posters: $12.95/each
-State and Federal Posters: $21.95/each
-State and Federal Labor Law Poster Plan: $54.95-$99.95
